By booking with us, you agree to payment on completion unless arranged otherwise. Please ensure easy access, unlocked gates, secured pets, and clear lawns before we arrive. Prices may change for very overgrown lawns. We’re not responsible for damage from hidden items or existing issues. Services may be rescheduled due to weather. Late cancellations may incur a small fee.Once a service has been completed, no refunds are provided. If you’re unhappy with the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to address the issue. Refunds are not given for weather delays, overgrown lawns, access issues, or changes of mind. By booking with JK Mowing, you agree to this policy.
